Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

We accept payment via Paypal or Credit Card through our secure server.

All product prices are in pounds sterling and include where applicable VAT at the current rate.

Payment by Paypal is instant upon completion of order.  If you choose to pay via our secure credit card gateway (Stripe) then you will only be charged on dispatch.

There are no additional charges to the customer using any of our payment options.

Note that there may be postage restrictions on some products to some territories.

UK Domestic Shipping

Orders placed via the webstore will be processed and dispatched within 2 working days, and often much quicker. 

Standard shipping costs are calculated by order.  We will usually send all items in one consignment, however in some cases we may split over multiple packages in which case no additional shipping charges will apply.  

Default shipping costs are as follows:

Value of order - up to £9.99 is £3.75

Value of order - from £10 to £39.99 is £2.80

Value of order - £40 and over is FREE 

Standard shipping is via Royal Mail 2nd class or Hermes Tracked to UK destinations.

International Shipping (Europe)

Value of order - from £20.01 to £30 is £15.00

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
